XP & Agile Development

Java Gruppen - not to be confused with Java Erfa Gruppen - consists of IT professionals, working with Java on a daily basis. Through a colleague I was invited to give a talk on XP, Agile development processes, and code generation using XDoclet in this forum. Based on real life experiences from the trenches, the presentation explained how we were able to deliver a reasonably large system on time, with a satisfied customer, and a higly motivated team. The slides are largely a Danish rewrite of my January presentation on pretty much the same topic at Microsoft’s campus in Mountain View, CA.
